Vaani Gandha has around 24 years of work experience in training, coaching, mentoring, research-based content creation and professional business consulting in Learning & Development space. She has extensive experience in driving training projects, identifying new training opportunities, training design & management, process planning & implementation. Her key area is putting in place processes and people development.

She brings in a good blend of professional expertise and a humane approach that makes her quite accessible. She has worked with Amity University, Nucleus Software Exports Limited, ITS Education Group and has successfully led her training venture in the initial part of her career

She has worked with diverse organizations nationally and internationally for their human potential enablement programs. She has conceptualized, created, and rolled out many such bespoke training interventions at Border Security Forces, Indian Technical Economic Corporation, Ministry of External Affairs, India, NCR Global, Media Council Maldives, Journalists and media Affairs, Guyana, AU Small Finance Bank, National Internet Exchange of India, HDFC, KRIBHCO to name few.

Vaani is pursuing the Fellow Program in Management, equivalent to Ph.D. in Organization Behavior and Human Resource Management, from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Rohtak. Her area of research is Spirituality at the workplace unlocking the innate human potential.

She holds an MBA degree from IMT, Ghaziabad. She is trained by IIM Ahmedabad in Research and Pedagogy. She is certified by the International Coaching Federation as a Coach. She is also certified Wiley DiSC trainer and holds a certification by Wadhwani Entrepreneur Network (NEN) as an Entrepreneur Coach. She also a Co- Founder and Chief Product Architect of her startup Coach Vaani.
