Dr. Kota has about two decades of diverse work experience which includes corporate, research and teaching; and entrepreneurship. She is a passionate researcher in the area of corporate finance, financial engineering, IFRS implementation and corporate governance and has several publications to her credit. She is also a weekly columnist with more than 150 articles on various aspects of business and management, in an English daily newspaper in India � The Pioneer.

She has extensive experience in international collaboration in higher education and has worked extensively in creating international pathways of Indian and Australian universities.

Dr. Kota is also a full-time director of an established ISO 9001:2015 certified herbal manufacturing company with pan-India operations. In addition to financial management, she is actively involved in research and development and international business activities of the company.
