She has specialized in Instrumentation & Control Engineering and Management and has a work experience of almost 30 years covering areas of strategic management, international business, project execution, project management, behavioral sciences, ICT, consultancy, research, teaching and training.

She is a senior Professor of and in her last role was the Vice President of Amity Education Group where she was closely associated with the strategic initiatives in the areas of Training, Consulting & Internationalization of all its Institutions.

She has been actively involved in organizing a number of National and International Seminars and Research conferences and has also been involved in various International accreditation exercises. An ardent researcher, she has written many research papers, is a member of many prestigious Editorial Boards and guest editor of Australasian Accounting, Business and Finance Journal and International Journal of Information Management.
